Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, and product details, pricing, and availability may change before launch. Any actual use of the Jovanor product will be governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

The Site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, and the Jovanor name and logo, are owned by Jovanor, Inc. or used with permission. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use the content or the Jovanor brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at abusive volumes, or using it to send us unlawful or deceptive material.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Statements on the Site about spreadsheet error rates and industry practice are drawn from published research and general industry experience and are provided for context, not as advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jovanor, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Site. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
