Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
Jovanor, Inc. ("Jovanor", "we", "us") operates the website at jovanor.com. Jovanor is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to describe it and let interested people get in touch. This policy explains what information the site handles, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not sell personal data.
What we collect
The site collects information in two ways:
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. It gives us aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
- Email correspondence. If you email us at [email protected], for example to request early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us, such as company name or team size.
The site has no account signup, no forms, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads; Google may log those requests per its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- Analytics data helps us understand which pages people visit and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.
- Email correspondence is used to reply to you, answer your questions, and, if you asked for early access, to contact you about the product as it becomes available.
We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to anyone who has not contacted us first. Every email we send includes a working reply address; tell us to stop and we will.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, and we have never sold personal data.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting on this site.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the site and our email, such as our hosting, analytics, and email providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Analytics data is aggregate and is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention for Web Analytics. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we have an ongoing conversation or a reason to follow up, such as an early access request. If you ask us to delete your correspondence, we will delete it within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold so little, exercising these rights is simple: email [email protected] and tell us what you want, and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any privacy right.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. If the product launches and begins handling customer data, this policy will be replaced by one that covers that in full before any such data is collected.
